Warranty & Repair
At Uphill Brigade we offer 1-year warranty for our products, which applies to manufacturing defects that result in product functionality failure.
SUBMITTING WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact us at info@uphillbrigade.com and state your "order number", which was sent to your email address when you made the purchase from Uphill Brigade online store.
Provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue, and let us know under what circumstance did the product failure happen.
If you don't have the order number, or if your personal info does not match any sales made at Uphill Brigade, we cannot process your warranty claim.
EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- aesthetic abrasions after usage (eg. scratched hardware paint, scuffed fabric)
- failures due to unintended usage (eg. crashing, submerging underwater)
We will provide a list of dos and don'ts in our product's "Care Instruction" tab, so that you have a proper understanding of how the product may suit your needs before placing the order.
SHIPPING
Customer will need to ship the product back to Uphill Brigade after submitting the warranty claim, and provide package tracking information for us to follow up.
Do not proceed to sending the product before contacting us at info@uphillbrigade.com and receiving necessary instructions.
After we have received the package, we will proceed to fix the issue and ship the repaired item back to the customer's original shipping address.
EXPIRED WARRANTY
If your product's warranty is expired but requires maintenance, you can still contact info@uphillbrigade.com and discuss the possibility of repairing your product for additional fee.
