Refund policy

RETURN

If our creations do not meet your expectations, we offer 7-DAY RETURN & REFUND of items in unused condition, with all packaging materials intact.

We can refund the ordered product value, but CANNOT refund the following costs:

- import taxes / duties / VAT incurred from international shipping
- expedited delivery fee incurred from your choice upon ordering
- return shipping fee paid by sender

Please provide the returned package tracking number to info@uphillbrigade.com so we can track the package status.

PACKAGE REJECTION

If customers reject package without proper communication with us, we will not provide refund for this rejected order.

REFUND

Once the returned package is received and examined, we will process the refund immediately.
