How do I make payment?
For international customers outside of Taiwan, there are 2 payment options:
1) For ApplePay users, please choose the "TapPay" payment gateway to pay with ApplePay, to ensure swift and hassle-free payment.
2) For credit card users, you can choose either "TapPay" or "PayNow", where you will be redirected to the payment gateway's page to enter your credit card info. Your card issuing bank may require an additional step of authentication such as one-time password (OTP), please follow instructions and key in the proper password.
IMPORTANT: make sure you wait for the page to load after entering payment info (and passed any one-time password authentication), you should be redirected from the payment gateway's page back to Uphill Brigade website, and an order success notification should appear.
If you've experienced any kind of issue during payment, please contact info@uphillbrigade.com and ask Jimmy to help address the issue. Please be assured that your card will not be charged if transaction is incomplete (page didn't redirect back to Uphill Brigade website).
Where do you ship from?
All packages are shipped from Taiwan, with tracking email provided after package is shipped.
