Shipping & Returns

Below is our policy outlining the details regarding your purchase experience at Uphill Brigade:

PAYMENT

Our product price is converted to your local currency for viewing convenience. Note that the converted value does not include shipping fee, it will be displayed only at the checkout page.

The final checkout order value will be revealed in TWD (New Taiwan Dollar), and the value paid will be subject to ongoing exchange rate. Reminder: the final value paid will include shipping fee (roughly equivalent to $15 USD).


For international customers outside of Taiwan, we provide trusted & secured payment via PayPal. You can choose to pay with PayPal balance or credit card.

After payment is made at the PayPal page, please make sure you allow the browser to automatically return to Uphill Brigade website for order confirmation. Do not close the window while the page is still loading.

SHIPPING

We offer international shipping via Postal Parcel / Packet from Taiwan, with package tracking available. Shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Orders for items in stock will usually arrive between 2-4 weeks.

In stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

If your order includes pre-order items, we will ship the package together when the estimated delivery date for the pre-order is due.


PACKAGE TRACKING

Once package is shipped, we will provide online tracking info via email. 

TAXES, DUTIES & VAT

Taxes, duties and VAT are not covered in the order value. They are subject to your local authorities upon import of package.

Customers are required to pay for customs clearance to successfully claim the package.

DELIVERY OVERDUE 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team at info@uphillbrigade.com and we will assist you in tracking down your package.
