Large enough to fit your smartphone and other daily essentials, while still compact enough for those that prefer a lighter carry load and style. A perfect balance of size and function for everyday use in the city to the wilderness, and travels beyond borders.

As with the original version, the front compartment is dome-shaped to give it extra room to fit bulkier items such as your car keys and earphones as an example.

The main compartment can be used as a wallet, with tons of organizational features, with extra storage for your smartphone and travel essentials such as your passport and charging cables.

The shoulder strap can be removed to allow for carry by hand. And with four attach points for the shoulder strap, it can be carried horizontally or vertically as preferred. All the little details in a compact form.

And to further push towards a more sustainable design philosophy, ANNEX CASE II is made using order-made ECOPAK™ EPX fabric, replacing the previous X-Pac® material. The world's first 100% recycled laminated waterproof fabric. And the interior has also been upgraded with our new custom-made ripstop orange camo inner lining.

PAYMENT

Our product price is converted to your local currency for viewing convenience. Note that the converted value does not include shipping fee, it will be displayed only at the checkout page.

The final checkout order value will be revealed in TWD (New Taiwan Dollar), and the value paid will be subject to ongoing exchange rate. Reminder: the final value paid will include shipping fee (roughly equivalent to $15 USD).


For international customers outside of Taiwan, we provide trusted & secured payment via PayPal. You can choose to pay with PayPal balance or credit card.

After payment is made at the PayPal page, please make sure you allow the browser to automatically return to Uphill Brigade website for order confirmation. Do not close the window while the page is still loading.

SHIPPING

We offer international shipping via Postal Parcel / Packet from Taiwan, with package tracking available. Shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Orders for items in stock will usually arrive between 2-4 weeks.

In stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

If your order includes pre-order items, we will ship the package together when the estimated delivery date for the pre-order is due.


PACKAGE TRACKING

Once package is shipped, we will provide online tracking info via email. 

TAXES, DUTIES & VAT

Taxes, duties and VAT are not covered in the order value. They are subject to your local authorities upon import of package.

Customers are required to pay for customs clearance to successfully claim the package.

DELIVERY OVERDUE 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team at info@uphillbrigade.com and we will assist you in tracking down your package.

Warranty & Repair

At Uphill Brigade we offer 1-year warranty for our products, which applies to manufacturing defects that result in product functionality failure.

SUBMITTING WARRANTY CLAIM

Contact us at info@uphillbrigade.com and state your "order number", which was sent to your email address when you made the purchase from Uphill Brigade online store. 

Provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue, and let us know under what circumstance did the product failure happen.

If you don't have the order number, or if your personal info does not match any sales made at Uphill Brigade, we cannot process your warranty claim.

EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY

Our warranty does not cover the following:

- aesthetic abrasions after usage (eg. scratched hardware paint, scuffed fabric)
- failures due to unintended usage (eg. crashing, submerging underwater)

We will provide a list of dos and don'ts in our product's "Care Instruction" tab, so that you have a proper understanding of how the product may suit your needs before placing the order.

SHIPPING

Customer will need to ship the product back to Uphill Brigade after submitting the warranty claim, and provide package tracking information for us to follow up. 

Do not proceed to sending the product before contacting us at info@uphillbrigade.com and receiving necessary instructions.

After we have received the package, we will proceed to fix the issue and ship the repaired item back to the customer's original shipping address.

EXPIRED WARRANTY

If your product's warranty is expired but requires maintenance, you can still contact info@uphillbrigade.com and discuss the possibility of repairing your product for additional fee.
