CODE OF BELL cooperates with HARVEST LAB , a centuries-old Japanese bag brand, to develop the brand's exclusive "Scorching Sun Orange Camouflage" lining.
The concept of " Orange Camo" follows the idea of enhancing visibility in the dark, inspired by the orange lining of MA1 Air Force jackets. Building upon this foundation, a distinctive camouflage pattern has been developed.
EPX Eco-friendly Water-Repellent Fabric
The performance of EPX is comparable to X-PAC, offering waterproof, windproof, breathable, durable, and lightweight features. The distinction lies in EPX being a 100% recycled sustainable fabric, more environmentally friendly and recyclable, contributing to the preservation of our planet.
The appearance has also evolved from X-PAC's classic diamond grid to a square pattern.
X-TYPE (pronounced as Cross-TYPE) is a compact-sized backpack designed for navigating through crowds and transitioning between urban and rural environments. It maintains the brand's classic design style while ensuring a user-friendly experience and aesthetic appeal.

▲The expandable front compartment, like other items in the Traveler series, provides additional storage space when needed. It's perfect for packing light travel clothes or sports gear.
▲The main compartment can be opened at 90 degrees and features various-sized pockets, making organization and storage effortless. It can accommodate a 16-inch laptop.

Starting with X-TYPE, CODE OF BELL's products will gradually receive upgrades and updates to both the interior lining and external water-resistant fabrics. The most noticeable features are the updated "Sunrise Orange Camo" lining and the inclusion of EPX water-resistant fabric.

CODE OF BELL collaborates with the century-old Japanese bag brand HARVEST LAB to develop the exclusive "Sunrise Orange Camo" lining.
The concept behind the "Sunrise Orange Camo" is in line with the orange lining of the MA1 bomber jacket: "Enhancing visibility in the dark." Building upon this foundation, a distinctive camouflage pattern is extended and developed.

Below is our policy outlining the details regarding your purchase experience at Uphill Brigade:
PAYMENT
Our product price is converted to your local currency for viewing convenience. Note that the converted value does not include shipping fee, it will be displayed only at the checkout page.
The final checkout order value will be revealed in TWD (New Taiwan Dollar), and the value paid will be subject to ongoing exchange rate. Reminder: the final value paid will include shipping fee (roughly equivalent to $15 USD).
For international customers outside of Taiwan, we provide trusted & secured payment via PayPal. You can choose to pay with PayPal balance or credit card.
After payment is made at the PayPal page, please make sure you allow the browser to automatically return to Uphill Brigade website for order confirmation. Do not close the window while the page is still loading.
SHIPPING
We offer international shipping via Postal Parcel / Packet from Taiwan, with package tracking available. Shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Orders for items in stock will usually arrive between 2-4 weeks.
In stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
If your order includes pre-order items, we will ship the package together when the estimated delivery date for the pre-order is due.
PACKAGE TRACKING
Once package is shipped, we will provide online tracking info via email.
TAXES, DUTIES & VAT
Taxes, duties and VAT are not covered in the order value. They are subject to your local authorities upon import of package.
Customers are required to pay for customs clearance to successfully claim the package.
DELIVERY OVERDUE
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team at info@uphillbrigade.com and we will assist you in tracking down your package.

At Uphill Brigade we offer 1-year warranty for our products, which applies to manufacturing defects that result in product functionality failure.
SUBMITTING WARRANTY CLAIM
Contact us at info@uphillbrigade.com and state your "order number", which was sent to your email address when you made the purchase from Uphill Brigade online store.
Provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue, and let us know under what circumstance did the product failure happen.
If you don't have the order number, or if your personal info does not match any sales made at Uphill Brigade, we cannot process your warranty claim.
EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTY
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- aesthetic abrasions after usage (eg. scratched hardware paint, scuffed fabric)
- failures due to unintended usage (eg. crashing, submerging underwater)
We will provide a list of dos and don'ts in our product's "Care Instruction" tab, so that you have a proper understanding of how the product may suit your needs before placing the order.
SHIPPING
Customer will need to ship the product back to Uphill Brigade after submitting the warranty claim, and provide package tracking information for us to follow up.
Do not proceed to sending the product before contacting us at info@uphillbrigade.com and receiving necessary instructions.
After we have received the package, we will proceed to fix the issue and ship the repaired item back to the customer's original shipping address.
EXPIRED WARRANTY
If your product's warranty is expired but requires maintenance, you can still contact info@uphillbrigade.com and discuss the possibility of repairing your product for additional fee.
